This document outlines the agreements, waivers, and policies for participation in The Clarity Experience: A Panama Wellness Retreat. Please read carefully, complete all required sections, and return signed copies prior to arrival.

1. Terms & Conditions Agreement

A. Reservation & Payments

• Attendee registration is non-refundable.
• If you are on a payment plan, your balance will be automatically charged every 30 days.
• Failure to pay your balance on time may result in forfeiture of your spot.

B. Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred or applied to a future CWH retreat.
• CWH reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., minimum participant numbers not met, natural disasters, government restrictions). In such cases, payments will be refunded minus transaction fees.

C. Travel & Documentation

• Participants are responsible for securing valid passports, visas (if required), and travel documents.
• CWH is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or lost luggage.

D. Insurance

• All participants are required to carry travel insurance that includes medical coverage abroad. Proof must be submitted prior to retreat.

 

2. Waiver & Release of Liability

By accepting the Event Participation Agreement, I acknowledge and agree:

• I voluntarily participate in The Clarity Experience: A Panama Wellness Retreat, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, mindfulness, excursions, nutrition workshops, and group activities.
• I assume full responsibility for my physical and emotional well-being.
• I release and discharge CoreWellness Healing, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation.
• I understand that this retreat is for educational and wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
• In the event of an emergency, I authorize CWH staff to secure medical treatment on my behalf.
